Anyone had problems with S 2000 8-OUT Board?

got a 8-out board off a S 2000 sampler in my 2000.may the installation of this item has broken my mpc...?any guessings about what could have happened?do you see a connection?

How did it break your MPC?

no lights,absolutly,tinkering noise on transformator....
power comes to the mainboard,nothing on the screen and floppy....

It might be you Power Supply

that works fine except the noise.for me it looks like there`s something with the mainboard...

Oh you are getting power to the main board then it's not the PS.

yeah!a few minutes ago I took the 8-out board off the mpc and now it`s doing a light show flashing in the rythm of the power supply....that was spooky........
seems like there`s really something with the supply....
looks like I need professional help

.....or not!put the mpc in parts,checked different parts....nothing happened,no change-mpc dead!!!
put the mpc on the counter of the next audio repair service to show that NOTHING works......put it on to show NO LIGHTS...........imagine what happened?
IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know now how people get insane!
