SCSI not ready

SCSI not ready

When I try to load something from ZIP-drive, and I select right SCSI ID, MPC says "SCSI not ready !!"
Can someone tell what I should do?
ZIP-drive's ID is 5.

Mine does that too and other peoples I've seen. It's normal. After a few seconds the message should go away and the screen should show some indication it's found the scsi drive.

In mine case, message don't go away. It stays in screen. I have tried with 3 zip drives. Mine SCSI harddrive works perfectly...

I find solution! The problem was, that SCSI-cable were broken. I replace it with ne one, and now it works perfectly!

really....shit i guess i need a new cable....or maybe my drive is broke....i donno i gave up hope...
