MPC Editor!?

I read the post on the MPC Editor and it sounds like exactly what I'm looking for....but the link to the site is down and I can't seem to find anywhere to download it from!

Can anyone help me out here?

Or you could always Private Message MPC3000/the program author. He answer your pm as soon as he notices it.
