MPC crash help?!

is there anything you can do when your mpc crashes? I just made a beat (2000xl) and it crashed, stuck on the mixer page. Is there any way to save?

Frozen? I had freezing issues with a bad HD. had to let it sit overnight. When i woke it was back on the main screen and i was able to save. If the beat is worth waiting for let it sit for a bit. Hope it works out man.

much appreciated. Ive left it for about an hour but ill defo try leaving it overnight.
