How To Save MPC2000XL Sounds/Prg From Zip Disk To Computer

Hello, I just upgraded to the MPC5000 and I need to save my zip disks from my old MPC2000XL to my computer. I have a MAC and a USB external iomega zip dirve. When I load the disk into the drive connected to my computer, my mac does not recognize the snd.prg. files? I tried to copy and save them but that isn't working:( Is there anyway to back all of this data up so I can import the data to my MPC5000 from the computer??

Any help would be great thanks!
