big problem

my mpc and my computer don't recognize my sd card, where all my files are on it ok, the pc can read it sometimes , but it doesn't recognize the files that are on it. what can i do with the card?? can i do something about it that it'll work again??

use cf cards only. a lot of people have problems using sd cards with their mpc.
btw. how much gb is on the card? i guess the mpc works best with 1 gb or less.

the card has 1GB memory. i actually don't know the type of the cardreader. it has 2 inputs for sd and cf cards. is there a possibility to fix the card??

How is the card formatted(Fat16 or NTFS)?

i've no idea how the card is formatted. how can i find this out??
