Hi, I am maybe planning to buy a digital recorder. I would like to be able to record all my tracks in the recorder, put effects on it, and then export the finished song in my computer, but I don't know if that is possible with all recorders. I don't need many tracks, as I don't have the 8 outputs(I've got a MPC 2000) but I would like to have some decent effects and a good audio quality.
Do you have any advice for a cheap one(about 200-250$ used)?
Thanks!

From my experience the korgs and the rolands are very good recorders.very clear and reliable.May be you should go with a usb model.vs 1680 up roland and any korg.i got some amazing results from a korg d8.But for your money you could go d16 excetara.Korg d888 or whatever is recomended for more cash.Multi trackers are a lil fiddly next to daws of course ???oh yeah, the yamaha aw16g is a really nice recorder also.
