recordin a mpc beat into computer....???

hey.
1. i got a beat
2. now i wanna record it into my computer(pc using cubase sx) so that i can control the volumes of each hi hat or snare easily.

is there anyway 2 do this?
is there anyway i can c the sounds individually as if in using battery drums in cubase?

sync the mpc and your pc using midi. Your sound card will need a midi input and output.

record seprate tracks into your program on your PC,

on your mpc mute your tracks and midi up your mpc to your Pc. then on your mix down you can add effects to your tracks .
