Wow... Dude really messed up huh? But this dont mean RIP. Many companies get sold... Def Jam got sold off years ago no RIP Def Jam. However, Emagic sold Logic to Apple... RIP Emagic indeed. Maybe Numark will buy them and it will be Numark Openlabs and cats will be copping Numark D-Beats.
