INNOFADER USER'S , I NEED HELP ASAP

I'm doing a show in NY tonight and we're bringing my homies mixer but he just put in an innofader and we're having trouble getting the settings right . Any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

I have a innofader and what mixer your using also refer to the site to set you settings to your preference which is this:

and scroll down to customization and you should be all set.
