samson resolv 65a v event tr6

Im about to get one of these. The impression I get is that event tr6 are probably the best but people say good things generally about the samsons and the company im gonna buy off recommended them so im veering that way. Plus the events are 579 euros and samson are 359. Big difference. Im not new to writing songs but I am new to mixing and the like so I think the events might be wasted on me. Am i right. Im in a bedroom making techno pop, well sort of . Just wondering what people think. Is there really 220 euros of a difference in these monitors ? On some web forums I suspect about music people can get too caught up on technicalities and subtle differences and make you think something is amazing and something else is crap when theres actually **** all difference. So i just thought id check what you guys thought.

i can only tell you about the samsons, ive had mine for about half a year, no problems or anything and they sound pretty great
