soundcard and module suggestions?

Pt. 1
I am currently using the creative soundblaster live soundcard and it is no longer acceptable. I need qurter inch/xlr/digi in,outs the whole nine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Pt. 2
I am also currently using a Roland JV 30 keyboard (low quality general midi sounds). However, the thru is a plus and I am thinking of investing in a module rack. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really like Korg Triton sounds, is there anything that has a wide range of instruments and fx?

#1. Delta 44/66/1010 - Great soundcard, has 4, 6, or 10 (depending on the model) in/outs so you can multitrack record. If you have a decent amount of loot, get the Digi01 or 02 w/ ProTools.

#2. The recently released Yamaha Motif Rack will blow your mind, nice acoustic instruments. Or the Roland JV-2020.
