I was just curious to yall approach to pitching the samples. Is there any sound quality benefits to pitching the sample on the turntable and then sampling it verses sampling the sample first then pitching it in the MPC?
Another question I have is do yall have any issues with pitching the sample on the turntable and then adding instruments over it later? I have had this problem cause on the turntable you cant really pitch in any kind of set increments so it may end up in between keys.
I do have a numark ttx that has the pitch percentage but I dont know how that relates to semitones.
