My pro 24 was giving me shit before I upgraded to Lion, but now it's given up the ghost completely.
Focusrite tech support when I used them, & also when a friend of mine used them, are undoubtedly one of the best on the planet. Its like you are the only person they've got with a problem and they so want to solve it for you.
Previously I was really skeptical of tech support thru other companies, but with focusrite you practically end up being friends & sending 'em Christmas Cards & everything. Least, that's what they were like a couple of years back.
