how do you guys use this? i havent found a practical use yet...
Sometimes I still laugh out loud about the beat kangz and that time some English dude hacked the Akai marketing website and stole a bunch of pictures of the Ren before it was released.

I use it with my iPad and a usb audio interface. Run anything I want to get filtered through my iPad this way and out to any sampler. I also import drum loops into the built in Filtatron sampler to crunch/filta them and record into the MPC.

I also use it with my 3GS iPhone and a Belkin TuneTalk audio interface to do the same as above. Mono or Stereo with either set-up. (I mostly use it with the 3GS for portability)

Don't sleep on Korg or MOOG iPad apps.
