Could i do this with a sampler?

Could i get something like a s5000, s6000, e6400,yamaha a5000, ect. and sample from a classical record a single piano not and keymap it and midi it up to a midi controler and play the piano sound w/ da midi controler like it was a piano. Cause if so i could jus get one of those and sample all of my own sounds and ish, take time to build kits and do that. I would have to get lots of vinyl. If this is possible i might not have to get a motif maybe!

yeah thats what samplers are made for. i actually have 2 for sale in my link. the emu esi 2000 is real cool. it has filters and can map like u were saying real easy.

coo coo the s2000 is nice looking but i gots no cash, my boy is starting to use a roland dj70 that joint look nice

the roland dj 70 was my first sampler.


It sounds nice, sequencer is lame.
