Keep the 2500.
I think it has a nice neutral AD/DA so you can always first sample on your 303/404, add grime+efx and sample on the 2k5 and sequence from there.
You dont even need to buy a 500. It doesnt sound better than 2k5 and it might add some unwanted character to the 303/404 plus you already have a sequencer: the 2500!
