sound only comes out of left channel from headphone jack MPC

Not only the the headphone jack, but the stereo outs in the back are acting the same. Sound only comes out of one speaker. I'm wondering if I've somehow bent the inner contact points. I've checked the PAN and it's at 12oclock where it should be. It seems strange that both the front and rear outputs would go out at the same time.
The samples are stereo
Is it possible to diy repair?
I've tried reinstalling JJ but no luck.

i've got the same problem with my 2500, not sure what the problem is, but I noticed if I move volume up or down it seem to affect it I think

That was exactly the cause of the problem. I pulled the shell off and found a ribbon cable by the headphone jack was loose. It must have got knocked around in my luggage from a recent trip overseas.
The only tricky part was while re-assembling. I discovered the jog wheel has a lip on the bottom which has to be positioned just right otherwise when you go to rotate it, would cause friction against the top shell.

On the legacy machines this can be caused by a malfunctioning volume pot. Not sure if it's the same for the new machines.
