Triggering sounds into protools

Am trying to trigger sounds with my 2000xl from Reason which I run on protools 002 rack by Re-wire. What I wana do is use a padbank and trigger sounds of reason from there. I've been reading manuals but i cant figure out what am not doing . A lil step by step help would be appreciated

Create an aux track in PT> insert Reason on the aux track> create a midi track> select the Reason module you want to sequence(NN-XT channel 1 for example)> arm the midi track> in the MPC select MIDI : 1A-Device01> hit the pads, it should be triggering Reason.

am still not getting results , tell me what the midi settings should look like on reason, protools and mpc. ( Just so you know I only have one midi cable going out from mpc to the 002 and I have the m-audio radium49 usb midi controller on ) Thanks
