Anyone get one yet? How's the pads? My MPD24 is going to retire soon.

Just got mine two days ago. Wow the pads are fat the mpcstuff pads, but they are also a little bit softer. Response is great. I've been mainly using it to control my drums in logic pro x and live 9.

I am working on a template for each pad to control CC's so I can use it to trigger my slices on the octatrack. I also need to build my template for the sp1200 and studio 440.

I've used it as a korg gadgets controller and it's pretty expressive on drums. I may shell out some cash and buy iMPC pro...any other good iOS drum pad sample programs to test it on?

Just got it last night. I need to figure out how to make each midi note responsible for each sound. By default the program tries to use each midi note as a scale for a single sound.

MPD232 works well the iMPC Pro.

The MPC essentials software that comes with the controller is also nice to play around with. It feels like I am on the 2000xl again, but I only have one track. So then I just turn on the 2000xl to get rid of my frustrations.

Just got the 226. Wow, the pads are nice! Nothing revolutionary overall, but the "fat pads" are responsive as all the gets out...
