I have a bunch of old sample libraries (and some of my own sounds, loops, etc.) that I would like to back up to disc. I have a lot of my stuff backed up to a couple external USB drives, but I'd also like hard copies on disc.

What type of disc do you guys recommend I use, so that I can get the most stuff on each disc?

and is there a certain program that is best to use for something like this?

Thank you guys!

Back up your stuff to hard drives and cloud storage, that should cover you for most eventualities. What other disks were you considering other than external USB?

These articles will help:

On a Mac, superduper or carbon copy cloner are great backup apps, in conjunction with Time Machine plus 2 or 3 USB drives and a 1TB Dropbox account.
