Since I know there are allot of DJ headz here im hoping i could get some help. I'm thinking about getting a software that will allow me to record my mixes from my decks to a computer and then burn it or ipod it. I'm on a budget. So far the only software that looks appealing is Cakewalk Pyro 2004. Is it worth it to do the things I need to do? Any suggestions?
Thanks

You can probably get everything you need to do this for free. Download a copy of Audacity (there are Windows, Mac and Linux versions - all free) for recording to WAV or AIFF, then use iTunes (Windows or Mac) for converting to mp3 or m4a and burning to CD.
