Hard time finding a mixer

Does anyone know of a good mixer with at least 8 outs, decent eqs, 8 line ins, 4 stereo ins, for under $500? Is this possible because everything i've seen that fits this criteria has been over $500?

Behringers are decent and they go for under 100. Wit FX for like 150 and up. Mackie (brand) seems to be the ideal mixer (200 and up) in this forum though, but if I was you cop both brands, F*ck wit them and keep the one you feel is better (ie; price to quality ratio).

the Behringer looks like a better deal on paper but the Mackie will stand the test of time and have the cleanest sound

I just heard the limits of Mackie eq, not the bes, but good for budget stuff.
