is this ideal?

I am now not sure if I should get an outboard mixer. I reread my soundcard manual and Apparently, I can just hook up this way.........



mpc OUTS= audiphile INS,

mpc midi I/O= audiophile I/O

mpc IN= (2tt+vestax) mixer LINE OUT

evolution mk MIDI OUT = mpc midi IN.b

Audiphile OUTS = behringer monitor

Vestax LINE OUT 2=== another set of speakers for spinning

good thing audiophile have OK routing capability..
now thats pretty good, only downside is I would have to turn on my pc everytime I wanna make beats. Would I get some sort of interference this way?????

Honestly I would intergrate the pc with what you got going on now. PCs make editing and tracking easier then if u had to use all hardware. It's just a matter of comfort. You can get a multi track software program and bypass the mixer, but you might want to cop one anyway. I would look at some software first though. If you already have a PC it might save you mad loot. My 2 cents.

thanks but Im way past that...... I use my pc to multitrack and edit samples....... I just want to connect all of it so that I can use my behringer monitor with the pc and also the mpc but I guess its not the best way to go so Im just gonna cop a small mackie mixer and run with it. That way I can get extra pair of speakers or maybe a home system for my sub outs...
