who cares if roland released the MV...
The Fantom has some critical flaws which irritate me to the point that i dont wish to use it, plus i havent liked any roland products in the last 5 years or so.
their 4-tone patch system was cool in the 90's but left behind now. companies like Novation have come out of nowhere and blown away the big budget Roland stuff.
i think Roland is seriously out of touch with the market, just an opinion. look at that god awful D2 groove box they put out to try to ride the success of the Korg Kaoss pad.... bizarre.
ps... you cant get sued for using a company name on a messageboard unless you are actually pretending to be them. end of story.

I agree Roland is out of touch they need to smarten up and really get on their game. I have a motif 6 that I'm in love with and I hope Korg will stop re-releasing the Triton and come with something totally new. However if you love the Fantom keep it don't let us sway your decision.

I really don't give a $hit if the company sues me over this petty bull$hit i don't have a pot to pi$$ in or a window to throw it out of anyway ! so sue me they won't get $hit. i mean really it just a user name for a damm forum

chill out akai, DSamp is only saying you CANT get sued. He is just referring to effekts post asking if youve had a lawsuit.

akai, When you get a feel for the machine, post an update and tell us about it. I have the mpc 2000 classic and needless to say, I'm going to do a little bit of adding on. I personally looking into getting one of those motif es'. yo, go to Riksmusic.com and get a quote on some gear.
