VSTi:s for Pro tools users

Seems to be a lot of pro tools users around here. I ran across this thing the other day, It's for mac only though.

Ugly VSTi interface - it's a free plugin that lets you run vst instruments from within protools.

Yeah. It's beautiful.
There is also Multishell and VST Shell. (both freebies)
They do the same thing.

And finally, there is Plogue Bidule.
That does everything.
And amazing program and it's free.

You can run VST's in Pro Tools Le for xp or osx with the FXPansion VST to RTAS adaptor. It works great with most VST's. It's not free though.
