B4 I get the MPC, I want a good PC program to seq .wav files

What are some good sequencing programs for my laptop (No vocal software) that incorporate .wav files and have some good instruments to chose from? FLStudio is what I have been using lately, but it's limited on sounds. Is there a PC program that caters directly to Hip-Hop beats before I get my MPC; so all I will have to do is drop them into the machine after I tweak it on my PC program(s). (Long question.... ) I want alot of sounds...!!!

if your going to sequence on your computer, why are you getting an mpc? thats one of the best features of the mpc, its sequencer.
