Pre Buy Question!

Hi guys.

i mainly doing electro ,remix and rnb stuff

i currently on a computer + sequencer and i msearching for a nice drum ,beat machine

i wanted to know which one do you would suggest as a starting point , mpc 1000 or mpc 3000 , i can get a MPc 3000 for about 1400 euros
a friend of mine is sellin one

If you can afford the 3k go for it, it's the best MPC hands down. The 1k is a good starter mpc if you don't have any previous mpc experience though.. lots of good features and easy to use for a real decent price, and good sound compatibility cause it uses wav files (a common pc format)

What about the swing and beat shuffle factor on the mpc 1000 is it the same as the 3000?

IMO, for the most part, yeah. We've tried the 1000 out and were very satisfied. Plus, the 1000 is even more useful when a computer's involved.
