What i meant with the double up ear beef thingy is that a headphone splitter is about $12.

yeah but it is also great for live situations too.. for example.. if you are using one of those redsound sound bite bpm synch dj samplers or something similar where you run a cable from your headphone out to the thing for bpm synching.... well what if you dont want to lose the headphone output?
