Google got me a few answers but unfortunately I don't have a mixer or audio interface so can I run the Korg's audio out straight to the MPC?

Edit: I want to record the MIDI and the audio signal, not just the MIDI.

You'd need to hook the MK into the MPC and set it up so you can sample the audio from the MK. It's just like figuring out how to sample anything with the MPC. (Hint: the MK has stereo outputs and the MPC has stereo inputs - figure it out!)

Then you'd hook the MIDI as explained above.

Then you can record a sequence on the MPC that is triggering the MK (using MIDI). Playback the sequence and use the sampling function of the MPC to sample the audio from the MK.

Step 4 - Profit!

I thought I best add, don't forget the microkorg isn't multi timbral. some people are mislead or don't do any research and end up disappointed as I'm sure you will of seen in the forums.
