this is why everyone's IP address should be visible to all members in every post... it would most likely keep all these beat kangz and maschine spammers with multiple accounts from pretending to be multiple people... it would also let the cat out of the bag on who CP really is...

am I the only one who thinks CP is CP? sure he has the dildo account too... but a few people made alt accounts when the password thing happened. I didn't but many people did..

I did laugh when someone accused CP and tutor of being the same person lolol

I was sorta wondering if mpd mpk ray and mpc fanatic was truly the same person (though I am fairly certain) but for the fun of it... dude was my biggest fan on here.

A company? Sure...whether you deem a company that parts out mpc's, does photo shoots on their bedspread, and creates multiple accounts on a forum acting as true customers "legit" or not is up to you...

I know what you mean, but Tutor has the ability to check into shady situations like this one...I don't think it's necessary to display everyone's IP, but that's just me.

By law, we wouldn't be allowed to do that - privacy issues etc.

not true... a lot of message boards show the ip address on every single post... i highly doubt there is any legal repercussion...

Pretty sure in the UK & EU this would not be allowed with respect to data protection laws. I also think many people would not like to have their IP address broadcast for all to see, for privacy and security reasons - I don't think I would be happy posting on a forum that shows this.

It also seems overkill for something that happens very infrequently (excluding the obvious joke accounts some people set up).

then just admit that you're cosmic pimp so we can all go on with our lives... j/k

not showing full ip but maybe first and last 2 / 3 digits would be enough. but i dont really care thank you for sorting this out again.
