HOW U GET DAT SOUND?

If you wanna get amongst the Vst's etc....Just build a nice PC, cop a soundcard and get the software of your choice.

Do your thing in the DPS then fly that into the PC...Thats you. Good to go. Better still, sell the DPS and go from the o1v str8 in to soundcard

my set up is mad!!

MPC 1-4 outs to O1V 1-4
Proteus 1-4 outs to 5-9
MPC Stereo out to O1V 11-12
MIC in O1V Channel 10
DPS thru Comp in O1v 13-14
MIXER=CD,MD,PHONO,PC in 15-16

the AKAI DPS16 goes out into a Yamaha DBX comp\limiter to the O1v

Then the Tape out goes to the PC where it goes straight to sound forge!
thats where things get messy cause I got to deal with surface noise and all that bullsh1t.

so what I wanna do now is ..

4 or 8 in Sound Card run mic pre amp & MPC into it and DONE! no more wires all over the place! have all my sounds modules and stuff on PCI Cards and plugins etc.
