New to MIDI. Need Help!!

I just got Reason 4 and i i have an emu-0404 sound card and an old m-audio oxygen keyboard. How exactly can i sync up reason to the mpc-1000 so i can record reason sounds on top of my beats on the mp? please help!!

Hate to be the one to say it, but there are hundreds of topics around here on that stuff and even youtube videos showing it, thats probably why no one has responded as of yet. goodluck homie
