Midisport UNO not working properly with Logic

I am using midisport uno with my mp4k, fantom, and logic. I have set up everything correctly (i think) but I get no sound from Logic. The "midi in" button lights up on the UNO and it appears that Logic is receiving the midi notes but no sound. WTF?

midi doesn't transmit sound.

if that's not your issue, then your sync is setup incorrectly. there's also a great tutorial on youtube about mpc and logic sync that helped me out.

Did you set the correct MIDI channels?
