Such a witty retort there, sir.

How ever did you come up with it so fast?

By the way.

Perhaps learning proper English would help you to differentiate ebonics from well spoken English.

Firstly, do you already know how to use Battery with Pro Tools?

Did your MPK-49 come with an instruction manual?

That's all the help you need, for now.

BTW this forum does not support the MPK-49, hence the rather appropriate name.

If that information was in the manual that came with the equipment, I wouldn't be here asking you people.

My question is directed to the MPK49 no more than it is the MPC that is built into it.

So my question is a MPC question.

Which just so happens to be what this forum is about.

P.S.

I posted this thread in the "Getting Started" forum.

So what the administrators/Moderators did to it after that isn't my concern.

Yes you would, because you already have done.

The MPK-49 does not have an MPC built into it. It is simply a midi controller with pads, sliders and note repeat.

So my question is a MPC question.

No, it isn't.

Which just so happens to be what this forum is about.

This forum is about MPC's not MPK's.

The thread was moved here because you are more likely to get a response in this forum.

Read the MPK Reference manual PAGE 14 and find out how to assign the MPK pads to NOTES in Battery.

Dude, I think they all just pwned you..... Add the MPK to that list; and that is some serious pwnage......

Most of us do not use the MPK because most (99.8%) of us have MPC's. So in all honesty, the read the Manual statements are the best we can do here on this particular site.

Try this site, it seems full of questions on the MPK....
