If that information was in the manual that came with the equipment, I wouldn't be here asking you people.

My question is directed to the MPK49 no more than it is the MPC that is built into it.
The MPK-49 does not have an MPC built into it. It is simply a midi controller with pads, sliders and note repeat.
So my question is a MPC question.
