S950 Broken?

when i trigger the sounds from 3k the s950 sometimes misses notes or you´ll hear a tiny high frequent beep.
Sometimes it starts playing notes louder than others.
I read something on german sites which did not let me figure out if its broke or something ...but dont know what i have looking for on here?
So please dont kill me for asking a question maybe asked a thousand times before^^
