Yamaha S03 or Roland XV2020?

I have offers for both that I can't resist, but don't have any experience with either one.

Which one would be a wiser decision to purchase?

I would go with the 2020. The sounds are better than the S03, plus you can use the ill SRX expansion boards with the 2020.
