whats up folks im new to this forum but youll see me here alot.i have a 2000xl studio plus.ive also got a motif rack and a midi controller for the rack.heres the problem or question. i get all my sounds from the motif rack.drums,sounds,whole 9 yards. but i midi it through the mpc and sequence through the mpc.the problem is when i go to save my beats on the mpc it says theres no sound in it to save.how do you save beats you made useing the motif rack?? do you save n the mpc or in the motif cause i tried both. maybe im doing it wrong.who knows?/ all i know is im tired of loseing my friggen beats after i make em cause i dont know how to save on the motif or whatever.can anyone help me?????

You don't need to save any program on your mpc since the sounds come out of the Motif rack as you stated yourself. On the mpc you just need to save your sequences and/or your song data. That will mos def work.

co-sign, save your multis in the in MO rack(in the common edit), and then save the sequences and songs in the MPC. I sampled all the drums from the Mo in the MPC so I can bang my patterns out on those lil gray pads. Doing this you can take advange of those multiple outs you got on the MPC to work faster and process things better.
