haha yeah, but i dont think its possible, he bought a new one a few years back with os x on it... he upgraded the old one from 8 to 9 i think

on topic: i read about opcode's studio vision, and galaxy, also peak.. any more?

Basically if you can find them, you can use older versions of current softwares (PTLE, Cubase, Logic) and there are also old VST plugins you can install. The trick is gonna be finding this stuff. DSound Pro (which later became DSP Quattro) is a good audio editor.

What I would do is go on ebay and get a Korg OASYS PCI card. That's an excellent synth. Its physical modelling and it also has the complete waveform set from the original triton (and the first 4 expansion cards). Put that in the Mac and use your MPC to sequence it (assuming you have one). You'll also need a MIDI interface, but the OASYS has audio inputs and outputs.
