What things can i do with pro tools when i hook my mpc up to it?

Entertaining our dreams , you can.. eq, effect, phase, color, pan, automate, compress, paralell compress , multi-buss compress, arrange, track, bounce, mute, copy, paste, load plugins, record vocals, automated mixdown, mixdown, basicly create and master a product retail ready.
But.. if you have to ask. Should you get it? If so, im selling a bridge.. over the water, light traffic.. let me know.

1. think of the mpc as just another instrument. so do anything you do with other instruments - record it into pro tools, then apply effects, arrange etc.

2. it also has midi - so you can use th empc as a midi controller. play instruments on pro tools by hitting the mpc pads. you can also play sounds on the mpc triggered from pro tools.

3. but wait, there's more. the mpc is also a sequencer. buggered if i know anything about running two sequencers at once or master/slave stuff. so you'll have to do a search on here - there's plenty on mpc and pro tools.

anyway, these are three basic ways in which an mpc and pro tools (or any DAW) can interact.
