I bought this recorder a few days a go and have some problems with it:
-Where do you plug your MPC? I tried to plug it in Mic and guitar but this doesn't sound really nice, the sound is cold. I'm gonna buy a 1/8 inch adaptator today and try to plug the MPC in line in, I guess it will sound better?
-I track out the sequences from my MPC one by one(Hi hat, then snare, then kick, then sample...). Is there a way that I can put a point of reference in the tracking out process? For example if I want my hi hat to start recording precisely in the first beat on the second bar( like a sort of quantize I guess...)? Cause yesterday I tried to track out a beat which sounded nice in my MPC, and then sounded offbeat with the boss, so I think I didn't started my samples with precision.
