Any suggestions on a good set of headphones and monitors for recording and mixdowns

i use, and have always used sony mdr-v202 headphones, they are good all round cans, really good freq range and CHEAP! also good for djing as they are ****ing loud
as for monitors i use spirit absolute 2`s passive speakers, also a good choice for the money.check them

ive always found sennheiser`s to have a little too much high freq and never loud enough

Sony headphones, event 20/20 monitors

I love my truth monitors ..YOu can get them for about $300 brand new maybe even cheaper.. FOr the money thier the best

Stay away from Nady headphones. Theyre junk.
