Hi guys,

I currently have a Korg Radias and am getting a Virus Snow and Blofeld shortly. I'm pretty noob to MIDI chaining so don't really have any idea on the way to link the Snow and a Blofeld (both modules) to the Radias keyboard.

Wondered if someone could give me a hand? :)

Kinda difficult without getting a computer involved.

The Blofeld only has conventional MIDI in on a MIDI socket

The Snow has MIDI In and Out - but no Thru.

So - in effect you can't chain them all together without using the Snows USB Midi - and/or the Blofelds (or both of course) - for this you obviously need a computer in the mix with a MIDI interface, or a couple of free USB ports and a DAW or application to route MIDI from the Radias keyboard - back out to trigger both the desktop units.

Or you could split the MIDI from the Radias with a MIDI thru box - to both desktop units MIDI in ports. You could pick one up on ebay - they are getting a bit difficult to find though. Thats the only way for a set up that takes the computer out of the equation I can see.

Unfortunately it doesn't - bizarre
