Help with ableton live 8.

Can anybody show me a link or show me a step by step way on synching my mpc1000 to ableton live 8? i've searched everywhere for a tutorial but couldn't find it. (im sorry if this topic has already been addressed)

when you say you searched everywhere, do you mean down the back of the couch, in cupboards, under the rug?

cos if you tried searching the web you'd find loads of info, so I'm assuming you can't have done that
