digital recorder

At the moment im using my pc for recording, but its not really handy for me. i want something cheap with rca\jack inputs, and cf card\hdd or something like usb output. I saw some recorder from m-audio, but i cant find it. help me pleease

I guess it depends of your budget, how many inputs you need, and if you want something with effects or not.
I have a Boss BR600 but I don't really like it, only one 1/8 inch jack input and I don't like the effects.
Maybe you should look at the Roland VS or Tascam DP series? I heard they are good.

don't sleep on the Korg D-888 either...

budget: under 150 bucks.. one or two inputs will fit me i think.. no effects and extra stuff just simple recording, eq'ing and mixing. i found dp-004 but what sound quality cheap models have?

I think the sound will be quite good and neutral, but the DP004 don't have EQ I think. There isn't a lot of choice in your price range. Maybe a used Fostex MR8?

i think something like DP-01FX will be okay. there are lots of backup space, mixer, eq.. correct me if im wrong
