Still about mixers, if i want to add effects like compression or reverb with fx modules, i assume that i must use the inserts, but does it mean that i'll have to set the same amount of reverb or compression for all the tracks i've choosen? how do you deal with it?

The new UB range of mixers from Behringer are getting OK to Good reviews, and for a man on a budget (like myself) they offer great value. But if you got the cash Mackie is the way (i guess).
The Behringer UB mixers offer compression, but m not sure how good it is.
