I'm trying to figure out how to connect my MPC to my Triton so that I can use the sounds from my Triton on the MPC's pads. I have it connected with the Triton's OUT going to the MPC's IN and the MPC's OUT going to the Triton's IN. I'm able to control the MPC with the Triton but I can't figure out why I can't control the Triton with the MPC.
I'm also trying to figure out how to assign sounds to the individual pads. And to wrap up my multiple question post, what is the best way to hook up midi between, a triton, mpc 4000, another keyboard, and the digi 002. Right now I have the MPC connected to a Mackie 24/8 bus console. And it's going into pro tools through inputs 1 &2. I want to still be able to utilize midi with the digi 002, but I don't know the best way of connecting everything so that everything is used in the best configuration. If anyone can help me out with any of these questions it would be greatly appreciated.
