I've connected all my gear to this mixing console, everything is ok when I hear it with the KRK's on the Stereo Out.
But if I', recording something to computer with the build-in-soundcard in the mixing console, there are nasty hissing noices (Don't know if you call it like this). I tried to disconnect everything from the mixing console and tried again with recording "nothing" but the noice is still there ... The problem is: the cable is much too short ... ~0,5meters ...
So I thought about recording with a interface or something like that so I won't need an extension cable or hub or something like that to reach one of the ports ... It's ~1,5meter from mixing console to computer ...
What should I do? I heard something about protecting the cables ... But no idea how I can do that :(
Thx in ancipitation ...

An example:

There was a new cable (a longer extension cable instead of the usb-hub) but it sounded much more worse.
But also with the short hub (The cables are only in the near of my subwoofer, I deactived it ... that was not the problem!

Peace & One
