Hi,
Am thinking about a small form PC/mac to run Sampletank 2 on. Thats literally it.
I've already got an vga monitor - nothing flash but should work.
So if anyone has any recommendations on a small pc to use for music apps, well just SampleTank 2 really, I'd like to hear them. I was thinking about a MacMini but Im not convinced there are not better value for money solutions out there.
I have midi to usb convertors so my plan is to get something that I can use as a good sound module.

for the price of mac mini you could build a pc with specs of high tier imac/mbp and install osx on it..but to run sampletank alone I think you can find something on craigslist for around $100...

Look into ITX pc's. Small.

I used to rock one of those shuttle xpc it ran like a champ all my production apps..cooling in those things isnt the greatest thou and probably could use a mod...like one of those closed loop O2 kits...since I live in cali I had to keep the casing off during hot summers

I've always wanted to build an itx or smaller just for fun.
Some neat little stuff when you look at all the options out there.
