Recording on MPC when synced to Pro Tools

I have my MPC4000 slaved to pro tools via midi beat clock. When I play a loop in PT and try to record on the MPC, the MPC always stops once the loop restarts/reaches 1st bar in Pro Tools.

Happened with my 1000 as well.

Anybody have any tricks for this? What midi event do I need to filter?

Is Loop Play and Loop Record enabled in Pro Tools? Is the tempo in Pro Tools set to the same as the MPC? Try this: http://www.mpc-samples.com/product.php/ ... pro-tools/
